- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or cross-cloud environments

- Act as the internal point of contact for IT topics
- Triage IT questions and coordinate requests
- Follow up on IT requests until resolved
- Manage relationships with IT partners
- Translate business needs into clear IT requests
- Hold IT partners accountable for delivery
- Lead IT projects end-to-end
- Scope and plan IT projects
- Coordinate stakeholders for IT projects
- Track progress of IT projects
- Select adequate AI tools and technologies
- Drive adoption of AI across the company
- Coach and train employees on IT tools and practices
- Draw on LIOM's network of expertise
- Contribute to data governance from an IT operations perspective
- Support data owners with IT systems and controls
- Monitor everyday IT security hygiene
- Escalate IT security issues
- Coordinate external partners and experts for IT security
