Anforderungen
- Several years of demonstrable IT project management experience in ERP
- Completed full-lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM / CE
- In-depth understanding of D365 architecture
- Understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, logistics or production
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT technology or comparable qualification
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Assertiveness
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on mentality
- Comfortable performing requirement gathering, functional specification, configuration and testing
- Fluent English
- Very good written and spoken German
- Willingness to travel internationally on project demand
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end implementation of D365 F&SCM projects
- Strategically plan and monitor projects
- Coordinate functional go-live and hypercare support
- Act as central contact for business, key users, management, and partners
- Gather and challenge business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Configure and validate D365 solutions
- Drive functional and user acceptance testing
- Moderate requirements workshops
- Manage fit-gap analyses to map business processes to Microsoft standard
- Ensure a 'Standard First' strategy for D365
- Minimize customizations and ensure platform updateability
- Lead interdisciplinary, cross-functional project teams
- Control integration of D365 F&SCM with peripheral systems
- Control integration with Power Platform and Azure data architectures
