Aufgaben
- Manage IT partners, service providers, and technology vendors strategically, operationally, and financially
- Ensure vendor services meet quality, security, cost, compliance, and performance expectations
- Develop, implement, and improve the vendor management framework, policies, and governance
- Manage the vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contracting, performance, renewal, and offboarding
- Drive vendor consolidation initiatives
- Support the transition from staff augmentation to managed work approaches
- Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic vendor audits and assessments
- Lead contract negotiations with IT procurement for cost-effective services
- Manage vendor-related budgeting, financial forecasting, and spend tracking
- Optimize vendor costs
- Ensure contract alignment with legal, procurement, and compliance requirements
- Define service levels, KPIs, OLAs, and performance measures for providers
- Conduct structured performance reviews with vendors, including escalations and corrective actions
- Ensure service quality transparency through reporting and dashboards
- Ensure vendor adherence to Information Security Policy, IAM, data-protection, and incident-response standards
- Manage vendor-related risk assessments and security audits with the IT Security Manager
- Implement continuous improvement measures for vendor security
- Maintain a vendor risk register and ensure mitigation actions are implemented
