- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Lead the technical integration of software and products in client environments
- Support clients in implementing necessary infrastructure
- Manage and configure application releases, including deployments and upgrades
- Guide clients through the application release process
- Configure applications according to client requirements
- Assist client application management teams with application setup
- Participate in technical discussions with clients regarding infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
- Support clients in interpreting error logs and identifying corrective actions
- Liaise with Evooq product development teams when necessary
- Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
- Track progress, manage risks and issues for version upgrades
- Provide regular status updates for version upgrades
- Collaborate with client project teams and Evooq product development teams to ensure successful upgrades
