- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 2–4 years relevant professional experience in audit, advisory, controlling or corporate finance, preferably including Big Four firm experience
- Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data

- Advanced data-analysis skills
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Analyze commercial and operational performance
- Identify and explain deviations from budget, forecast, and prior-year results
- Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and presentations
- Support and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Develop business cases and financial evaluations for strategic projects
- Contribute to improving and standardizing financial and operational processes
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses
- Prepare and coordinate project documentation for due diligence
- Coordinate the Group insurance portfolio
- Support insurance policy renewals and claims activities
