- Master's degree (university/university of applied sciences) in Marketing or Sales

- Develop and implement product launches and shopper marketing programs for the Swiss market
- Adapt brand presence, activation concepts, and assortment priorities to different retail channels
- Define and implement suitable 7P plans
- Execute the retail media plan for the retail sector with the local customer team
- Propose planning and implementation of the A&P budget
- Actively monitor the market environment and perform daily tasks
- Conduct market, competitor, and sales analyses
- Actively identify potentials at national or customer-specific levels
- Present analyses and derive measures
- Coordinate and implement trade presentations for new products, relaunches, brand image, and potentials
- Create tailored and fact-based storytelling for presentations
- Process international inquiries and create presentations
- Present projects in internal meetings and to customers
