Anforderungen
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise Kubernetes and container platforms
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, platform security, networking, and storage integration
- Experience with high-availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and resilience design principles
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, service meshes, observability, and platform governance
- Proven ability to support complex technical escalations and provide architectural leadership
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Swiss citizenship
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and govern Kubernetes cluster architectures and container platform standards
- Define and maintain highly available and resilient Kubernetes control-plane architectures
- Lead architecture decisions for service mesh, storage, networking, security, and scalability
- Establish operational patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices for containerized environments
- Provide technical leadership for complex incidents, escalations, and platform challenges
- Ensure platform security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements are met
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, and security teams
- Drive continuous improvement and support adoption of emerging cloud-native technologies
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and operational guidance
