- Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents
- Act as the technical escalation point for application delivery challenges
- Develop and maintain standards for F5 services
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for F5 services
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for F5 services
- Ensure load balancing solutions support security requirements
- Ensure load balancing solutions support performance requirements
- Ensure load balancing solutions support availability requirements
- Ensure load balancing solutions support compliance requirements
- Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation
- Produce and maintain design standards
- Produce and maintain operational guidance
