Aufgaben
- Provide technical expertise and laboratory support for product verification and characterization
- Prepare, conduct, and document mechanical tests according to procedures, SOPs, and standards
- Analyze test results and perform basic statistical evaluations
- Prepare clear and accurate technical reports
- Support product verification and characterization activities within R&D projects
- Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment
- Ensure laboratory infrastructure remains operational, reliable, and compliant
- Review, maintain, and improve laboratory procedures and SOPs
- Support failure investigations using optical microscopy and SEM
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
