- Training as biology/chemistry lab technician or bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or biotechnology
- Initial experience in ISO and/or GMP environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Bruker software and ACD Labs is a plus
- Self-motivation and responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Basic communication in English or French
