Aufgaben
- Advise clients on corporate, M&A, and commercial law
- Support real estate transactions and projects, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and leases
- Develop and implement national and international restructuring projects
- Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents, including purchase, financing, shareholders', and joint venture agreements
- Monitor legislative developments in corporate, real estate, and commercial law and provide compliance recommendations
- Support other legal practice areas, including Employment Law, Private Clients, and Intellectual Property
- Engage in complex international projects from day one, collaborating with specialists and clients
