Aufgaben
- Lead design and build of AI agents and experiences, owning end-to-end technical components including intelligence design, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and customer system integration.
- Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Oversee agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable in days, co-building with customers and partners, sharing best practices, and enabling teams.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to product teams.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Partner with the Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions.
