Anforderungen

5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably in footwear or apparel
Advanced proficiency in planning systems and understanding of continuous replenishment models and inventory optimization
Proven ability to build net-new processes and translate supply chain realities into SOPs
Expertise in synthesizing people and interests, managing expectations, and holding boundaries with senior leadership
Comfort operating autonomously to set priorities and align others in a rapidly growing environment
Prior experience of Responsiveness programs is a plus
Ability to define & structure initiatives, develop roadmaps, track progress & highlight risks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort in strategic thinking and ability to delve into operational details

Aufgaben

Act as the global primary point of contact for the Cadence program
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across merchandising, commercial, and planning
Ensure timely execution of the Cadence program
Coordinate global program milestones
Manage future season assortment intake
Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand
Partner with Regional Operations to synchronize delivery capacity
Eliminate load-in peaks
Lead the evolution of safety stock planning
Migrate from manual safety stock processes to an automated solution
Drive process improvements for responsive supply chain
Establish robust, repeatable SOPs for responsive supply chain
Define detailed processes for responsive and NOS programs
Measure and publish key metrics indicating program health
Focus on incremental sales and inventory health
Share status reports on execution
Highlight risks and identify mitigation strategies
