- Translate customer needs into engineering requirements
- Participate in customer and expert calls
- Coach customers during trials and hackathons
- Propose concrete paths for customer challenges
- Define next steps after customer conversations
- Document actual customer workflows and pain points
- Write specifications, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Build, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks
- Develop evaluation frameworks and test sets
- Diagnose AI failures at prompt and context level
- Fix AI issues or provide precise diagnoses to Engineering
- Standardize customer solutions for sales and customer success
- Create reusable skill libraries and demo environments
- Develop efficient onboarding processes
- Provide legal expertise to customer success teams
- Address legal and compliance questions
- Conduct contract reviews
- Handle customer security and data protection inquiries
- Manage occasional in-house legal matters
