- Support developing the legal department.
- Strengthen legal standards across the company.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters.
- Provide legal advice on fund-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Ensure compliance with financial market regulations.
- Advise on Swiss financial market legislation.
- Advise on EU regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and support Swiss regulatory and cross-border matters.
- Advise on regulatory authorizations.
- Interact with authorities like FINMA and OAK-BV.
- Advise on revising legal fund documents.
- Advise on marketing and distribution of investment funds and financial products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and investment-related agreements.
- Support Luxembourg affiliate on fund management legal matters.
- Support Singapore affiliate on distribution and fundraising legal matters.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance.
- Provide legal advice on financial market regulatory matters.
- Act as key contact for external counsel, authorities, and associations.
- Work closely with senior legal professionals.
- Contribute to complex and high-impact legal matters.
