- Lead EPM strategy, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps
- Develop target operating models and technology-enabled delivery programs
- Advise on statutory and management consolidation, group reporting, and close optimization
- Advise on planning, forecasting, and performance steering
- Own the design and delivery of EPM workstreams and solutions
- Ensure alignment across process, data, controls, architecture, and operating model
- Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops
- Lead design workshops
- Make clear recommendations on ownership, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations
- Make clear recommendations on cash flow, disclosures, reporting controls, and auditability
