- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience in management, strategy consulting, industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operations-related fields

Aufgaben
- Shape strategies, design transformation programs, and drive client implementation
- Advise clients on Operations Strategy, Manufacturing, network strategy, and sustainability
- Lead project workstreams, including problem-solving, data analysis, solution design, and developing client deliverables
- Engage with client stakeholders to facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions
- Guide junior colleagues in producing analyses and outputs
