Aufgaben
- Lead design and delivery of change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Partner with clients to develop strategies for adoption and business benefits.
- Guide clients through business and technology transformations (ERP, digital, AI, operating model).
- Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues.
- Drive business development, client relationships, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead workstreams and programs from strategy through sustainment.
- Contribute to practice growth through innovation, thought leadership, and development.
