Anforderungen
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or engineering discipline
- Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud (preferably Azure)
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures, services, and DevOps concepts
- Additional experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record in FinOps (cost optimisation, budgeting, reporting, leading transformations)
- Advanced cloud certification (Architect or Engineer)
- FinOps Certified Practitioner required
- FinOps Certified Professional or FOCUS certification a strong plus
- Concrete FinOps success stories
- Good communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to understand client challenges and provide recommendations
- Experience designing and facilitating educational workshops and training in FinOps
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Engage proactively with clients to analyze cloud technical and financial implementations
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for client improvement
- Lead planning and execution of FinOps domains and capabilities
- Tailor FinOps strategies to client business needs
- Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities at scale
- Design cost governance models to control cloud spend
- Recommend and implement automation, tooling, and DevOps best practices
- Facilitate and accelerate FinOps adoption at scale
- Design and deliver comprehensive FinOps trainings and workshops
- Educate stakeholders on FinOps principles and ways of working
- Lead FinOps engagements end-to-end
- Ensure delivery quality, commercial outcomes, and client relationships
- Advocate FinOps internally and externally
- Continuously update knowledge of cloud, engineering, and consulting best practices
- Build, coach, and mentor FinOps and cloud teams
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals
- Develop thought leadership in FinOps
- Grow the FinOps practice within PwC Switzerland and globally
