- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Act as central point of contact for direct tax accounting issues
- Liaise with national and international clients on direct tax accounting issues
- Liaise with national and international colleagues on direct tax accounting issues
- Participate in tax audits of International Groups in Switzerland
- Participate in tax audits of single legal entities in Switzerland
- Contribute knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects
- Lead clients on established accounts
- Seek process improvement opportunities in EY processes
- Seek process improvement opportunities in Client processes
- Implement services for new clients
- Manage account resourcing
- Manage account budget
- Manage account delivery
- Develop the team
- Coach the team
- Involve global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures in team development and coaching
