Anforderungen

Higher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance, with focus on implementing data-heavy systems
Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams
Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions such as CRM, CBS, KYC, Data Platforms
Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning
Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services
Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders
Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
Full professional proficiency in English and German
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad

Lead AI and Data business development for Financial Services
Prepare client proposals for AI and Data solutions
Drive strategic initiatives in AI and Data
Design and deliver AI-driven solutions, including Agentic AI, intelligent automation, data engineering, and scalable applications
Implement Financial Services solutions (CRM, ERP, CBS, KYC, Data Platforms) to resolve data challenges
Lead project teams to deliver tangible results
Help clients build robust technical solutions
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards
Mentor junior colleagues
Conduct trainings
Build the Data & AI knowledge base
Collaborate with EY teams to deliver high-impact client solutions
