Anforderungen
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, or relevant scientific discipline
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or related function (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of Swiss pharmaceutical regulations, industry codes, and healthcare compliance principles
- Understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines (TPA, ICH, GCP, Pharma Code)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in regulated environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyse scientific information and communicate complex topics clearly
- Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset
- Good digital literacy and proficiency with business systems and applications
- Fluent German and English
- Good working knowledge of French
- Italian language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Support the delivery of Medical Governance activities
- Act as a key contributor to Nominated Signatory functions
- Act as a key contributor to Medical Information functions
- Review and approve promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance
- Review and approve non-promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance
- Support approval activities for events
- Support approval activities for sponsorships
- Support approval activities for donations
- Contribute to the maintenance of Medical Governance procedures
- Contribute to the improvement of Medical Governance procedures
- Contribute to the maintenance of SOPs
- Contribute to the improvement of SOPs
- Contribute to the maintenance of working instructions
- Contribute to the improvement of working instructions
- Deliver compliance training to employees and stakeholders
- Deliver governance training to employees and stakeholders
- Manage medical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage scientific enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Research balanced and evidence-based medical information
- Evaluate balanced and evidence-based medical information
- Communicate balanced and evidence-based medical information
- Maintain medical enquiries within the Global Medical Information Platform
- Document medical enquiries within the Global Medical Information Platform
- Support Medical Affairs through provision of scientific information
- Support Medical Affairs through provision of medical information
- Develop training on AstraZeneca products
