Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Preferred study: Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Experience in MES recipe authoring, preferably Emerson Syncade
- Knowledge of DeltaV preferable
- Knowledge in sterile Drug Product area is an asset
- Resource and workflow coordination, lead technical team experience asset
- High motivation and dynamic drive, solution-oriented
- Structured, focused, organized, assertive, motivated, independent, flexible, resilient
- High attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus, Cooperation
- Advantageous fluency in English and German (written and oral)
- Good communication skills and interaction with interfaces
Aufgaben
- Manage daily tasks in production
- Report to Team Lead Documentation
- Participate in regular exchange meetings with team leaders and stakeholders
- Optimize efficiency with other team leaders and stakeholders
- Train and coach MES team members
- Support Team Lead Documentation in performance reviews
- Actively support the development of MES team members
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet deadlines
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Participate in improvement projects
- Ensure safety and GMP compliance
- Recognize, interpret, and eliminate deviations
- Participate in audits and visits
- Provide frontline MES technical and procedural support
- Work with manufacturing teams, QA, and plant engineers
- Perform training activities for MES
- Support others and new joiners with MES
