Anforderungen
- Master or PhD or equivalent experience in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related fields
- Solid experience in bioconjugation and biopharma manufacturing, preferably in bioconjugation or DSP (mammalian or microbial)
- Preferred cGMP experience
- Excellent communication skills for customer and internal interaction
- Proficiency in English
- German language skills of advantage

Aufgaben
- Oversee and support bioconjugate processes
- Act as a liaison between development, manufacturing, QA, and QC departments
- Execute assigned programs for clinical or commercial bioconjugate manufacturing
- Provide process and cGMP inputs for assigned programs
- Manage the life cycle of assigned programs, including technology transfers, scale ups, and suite changes
- Lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor
- Continuously optimize assigned programs
- Represent MSAT in audits and inspections
