Aufgaben
- Execute operational activities for North America jewellery orders, allocations, and shipments
- Ensure accurate product and style set-up and data maintenance
- Coordinate with HQ, North American teams, and logistics partners
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies
- Prepare reports and analysis on SKUs, orders, shipments, allocations, and retail needs
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate operational activities
- Support North America jewellery operations across full-price stores, outlet stores, and e-commerce
- Execute allocation activities for full-price stores directly from HQ
- Coordinate allocation activities for outlet stores with North America teams
- Coordinate product availability for e-commerce with the dedicated team
- Create and maintain style/SKU information and product descriptions
- Update relevant systems and databases with accurate and complete data
- Manage assortment updates for newness, carryover, and discontinued products
- Use AS400, Stealth, Business Intelligence tools, and MS Office for operational management
- Prepare assortment analysis to support business needs
- Follow up on purchase orders, production, and shipments with Purchasing and Logistics
- Monitor quantities, shipment schedules, and deliveries, identifying issues
- Verify and collect shipment documentation for timely delivery
- Collaborate with Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics for smooth operations
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate their resolution across functions
- Work with other business units to improve coordination and avoid overlapping activities
