- Oversee operational risk incidents, issues, and actions
- Monitor timeliness and quality of incident recording and follow-up
- Support review and challenge of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Maintain Operational Risk Management tools and data
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and control functions
- Contribute to operational risk projects and initiatives
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of Operational Risk Management policies
