- Professional fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Track obligations and deliverables from shareholder agreements, resource-sharing pacts, and NDAs
- Prepare operational dashboards, briefing notes, and status updates
- Organize, document, and follow up on action items from meetings
- Ensure clear division of responsibilities between private parties for B2G pursuits
- Facilitate collection and sharing of technical knowledge, marketing assets, and product updates
- Proactively flag delays, missing inputs, misalignments, or sensitive topics
- Draft, structure, and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized records, action logs, decision trackers, and open-point lists
- Coordinate due diligence activities for potential shareholding acquisitions
- Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of standardized reports
- Facilitate SICPA's representation as a shareholder in minority stakes
- Assess potential of current ventures and propose alternatives to maximize value
