Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, value propositions and market dynamics
- Good understanding of high-level hydraulic component features
- Experience in data analysis and market research, ideally in Data, Finance or Business Analyst role, turning data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with structured, detail-oriented working style, business mindset, proactive approach, clear communication, effective stakeholder collaboration
- Fluent English, good knowledge of German and French
Aufgaben
- Own and develop the pricing strategy for BU AxM
- Define and implement pricing approaches based on business drivers and market dynamics
- Provide data-driven insights, analyses, and tools to support management in shaping pricing strategies
- Prepare customer quotations with a solid and consistent data foundation
- Monitor, identify, and leverage additional price quotations to benchmark products and parts
- Support accurate and competitive pricing decisions
- Develop and implement IT tools for long-term transparency in pricing structures
- Foster a deeper understanding of pricing structures
- Closely monitor product life cycle changes
- Manage regular pricing updates for spare parts
- Define and manage pricing strategies for internal and external requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Controlling, Customer Service, and Sales
- Align pricing structures, including product feature segregation, margin calculations, and quotation processes
- Support further role-related activities
- Maintain the component-machine customer database
- Contribute to external market development
- Benchmark within the Construction & Mining Machinery industry
