Anforderungen
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, value propositions, and market dynamics
- Good understanding of high-level hydraulic component features
- Experience in data analysis and market research, ideally in Data, Finance or Business Analyst role, turning data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with structured, detail-oriented working style, business mindset, proactive approach, and clear communication style for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Fluent English, good knowledge of German and French
Aufgaben
- Own pricing strategy within BU AxM.
- Drive continuous pricing strategy development.
- Define and implement pricing approaches based on drivers and dynamics.
- Provide data-driven insights, analyses, and tools.
- Support management in shaping strategies and quotations.
- Ensure a solid and consistent data foundation.
- Monitor, identify, and leverage price quotations to benchmark products and parts.
- Develop and implement IT tools for pricing transparency.
- Monitor product life cycle changes.
- Manage pricing updates for spare parts.
- Define and manage pricing strategies for new components, parts, kits, and projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Controlling, Customer Service, and Sales to align pricing structures, margins, and quotations.
- Maintain the component-machine customer database.
- Contribute to external market development.
- Benchmark within the Construction & Mining Machinery industry.
