- Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Industrial experience in chemical process development; experience transferring processes to GMP manufacturing highly preferred
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and experience in regulated environment advantageous

- Develop, optimize, and scale chemical manufacturing processes for small-molecule APIs and HPAPIs
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate laboratory experiments
- Ensure high scientific standards, reliable data generation, and accurate interpretation of results
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and development documentation
- Communicate process understanding, results, and recommendations
- Transfer processes to GMP manufacturing facilities
- Provide technical support as a process expert during production campaigns
- Identify process risks and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Implement robust, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams and external customers
- Ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead, coach, and develop laboratory professionals
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the area of expertise
