Anforderungen
- Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Polymechanics, or related field
- Further education (HF/FH) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or comparable discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering role
- Experience in Medical Device industry highly preferred; Pharmaceutical or Watchmaking industry experience valued
- Understanding of quality management systems and risk assessment methodologies
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
- Solid German and good English communication skills
- Experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions with production teams
- Hands-on experience with machining processes like turning and milling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process deviations and sustainable solutions
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork
