Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or related field; relevant certifications preferred
- 10+ years experience in procurement, supply chain transformation, shared services, GBS, or operating model design, ideally in complex global organizations
- Strong expertise designing and optimizing procurement/supply chain processes in GCCs or shared services
- Proven track record supporting GBS/SSC implementations and large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement, service delivery models, performance frameworks, and knowledge transfer
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience in consulting environments, familiarity with AI-enabled process documentation tools, and life sciences or CDMO industry exposure are advantages
Aufgaben
- Design and ensure readiness of future GCC procurement processes
- Align retained organization, GBSO landscape, and ERP transformation
- Translate Design Authority principles into GCC procurement processes
- Lead the design of GCC Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement processes
- Ensure alignment with global procurement standards, policies, and ERP templates
- Define future-state operating models
- Foster collaboration between Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams, and stakeholders
- Drive procurement design workshops
- Embed procurement requirements in cross-functional decisions
- Review, validate, and govern procurement process documentation
- Ensure quality and operational readiness of workflows and SOPs
- Support transition and service readiness
- Ensure effective controls and hand-offs
- Develop training materials for operational capability
- Establish and monitor service performance frameworks
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and risk management
- Oversee issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Champion automation and digital enablement in procurement
- Implement standardized best practices for efficient operations
