- Develop, validate, and implement global sourcing strategies for Sustainability Services indirect materials
- Drive business value and competitive advantage
- Reduce operational risk through efficient category management
- Manage end-to-end spend
- Manage external relationships with Sustainability Services suppliers
- Lead supplier management activities for on-time, in-full, quality delivery
- Partner with Nestlé businesses for early procurement involvement
- Build strong partnerships with market stakeholders
- Lead sourcing activities from requirement analysis through RFPs and supplier selection
- Conduct category, supplier market, and risk analyses
- Identify synergies and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Influence business decisions with data-driven category recommendations
- Engage strategically with stakeholders
- Deliver category targets
- Secure supply
- Negotiate best-TCO contracts and agreements
- Strengthen resilience through supplier risk management
- Implement business continuity planning
- Develop sustainability-focused partnerships
- Integrate supplier innovation
- Monitor KPIs
