- Educational background in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Practical experience with surveying workflows and technologies (GNSS, total stations, laser scanning, imaging sensors, field software)
- Strong interest in software products and digital solutions for surveying and construction professionals
- Familiarity with office software, CAD, GIS, BIM, or geospatial workflows
- Analytical mindset and passion for solving technical challenges
- Ability to understand customer needs and technical requirements
- Clear and confident communication explaining complex topics
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
- Curiosity for new technologies and willingness to leverage modern AI-powered tools
- Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working in international and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Provide 2nd level technical support to sales organizations and distribution partners worldwide
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, coordinating resolution with development teams
- Test software releases and validate new features for high product quality
- Prioritize support requests and escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide clear step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues, in writing and verbally
- Support technical product training for internal and external audiences
- Contribute to product development by translating customer feedback and field experience into product improvements
- Define and refine product requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and product experts
- Bring practical surveying knowledge and real-world workflows into continuous software improvement
