- Develop goggles, helmets, and other accessories for wintersport, motorsport, and bike divisions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and factories
- Schedule and lead project planning and milestone meetings
- Define technical solutions aligned with production processes and product targets
- Create 3D models of concepts and solutions
- Validate technical product aspects with the engineering team, Product Managers, and suppliers
- Oversee the final 3D modeling phase with the 3D modeler
- Manage product industrialization and production with suppliers
- Optimize production processes in factories qualitatively and quantitatively
- Develop product construction, assembly technologies, and production methods in factories
- Assess and coach existing suppliers
- Advise Product Managers on materials, applications, and new technologies
- Research new materials and processes for product ranges
