- Experience in regulated and audit-driven environments
- Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-paced, global environment
- Strong consulting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- German language skills (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Support and consult product lines on security practices
- Act as security point of contact for product teams
- Provide knowledge in secure architecture and design
- Bring application-security perspective across the stack
- Provide AWS security expertise for cloud-native applications
- Support security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis
- Support Cybersecurity Compliance programs across product teams
- Define compliance-by-design approaches
- Integrate security and compliance controls into workflows
- Support audits and certification programs
- Drive the organization's Shift-Left Security strategy
- Define and implement secure development practices, policies, and standards
- Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines
- Support secure coding practices and software supply chain security
- Support dependency, container, and IaC security
- Support Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
- Support vulnerability and risk management processes
- Promote self-service security capabilities and automation
- Contribute to the design of the AI Framework operating model
- Define security requirements and governance standards for AI development
- Conduct risk assessments for AI-enabled development
- Collaborate to embed Security-by-Design into AI-DLC
- Support alignment with AI security and governance standards
