- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, resilience, public policy, or related field
- 2–5 years relevant experience in programme delivery, partnerships, networks, or nature/climate initiatives
- Background in climate, nature, or sustainable finance a plus
- Strong project management and operations skills
- Tracking deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages a plus
- Confident communicator
- Experience translating complex topics into clear updates and materials

- Support network coordination, workplans, and calendars
- Manage member engagement rhythms
- Support member onboarding and the member journey
- Coordinate member exchanges and peer sessions
- Support knowledge capture, synthesis, and follow-through
- Support delivery of events and communications plans
- Amplify priorities, progress, and outcomes
- Support planning and delivery of key events
- Coordinate speakers and briefing packs
- Manage run-of-show and follow-up actions
- Track event outcomes and commitments
- Maintain programme infrastructure including contact lists and calendars
- Track deliverables, outputs, and impact indicators
- Ensure consistent reporting to leadership and members
