- 10+ years in ERP programmes, enterprise applications or IT transformation
- Led complex international implementations, recoveries or stabilisations
- IFS Cloud experience (plus)
- Comparable large-scale ERP experience (welcome)
- Led cross-functional programmes with Business, IT, partners, senior management
- Experience in industrial, engineering, project-based or asset-intensive environments (strong advantage)
- Expertise in governance, risk, budget, testing, release, cutover, vendor and change management
- Good understanding of architecture, master data and support models
- Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Execution and Engineering processes
- Ability to translate technical issues into business risks and decisions
- Balance of transformation ambition and operational stability
- Ownership and results-focus
- Resilience under pressure
- Strong executive presence
- Constructive challenging and commitment building
- Clear communication of complex ERP topics internationally
- Fluent English
- German language skills (strong advantage)
Aufgaben
- Stabilize the OneERP program and strengthen governance
- Build a reliable delivery model for IFS Cloud
- Turn lessons learned into a scalable, Group-wide rollout
- Ensure OneERP delivers measurable business value
- Lead the OneERP recovery and stabilization efforts
- Fix structural root causes within the program
- Set clear priorities, milestones, and exit criteria
- Own program scope, roadmap, budget, and risks
- Provide executive reporting on program status
- Ensure effective governance and clear decision rights
- Take corrective action when needed
- Strengthen business process ownership and key user structures
- Harmonize processes around the OneERP template and IFS Cloud
- Challenge unnecessary local customizations
- Guide internal teams and implementation partners
- Ensure adherence to deliverables, Statements of Work, and commercial commitments
- Push for lasting solutions over quick workarounds
- Enforce quality gates for configuration, data, testing, training, cutover, and handover
- Develop rollout playbooks from lessons learned
- Lead future Group-wide rollouts
