Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering, or related field
- At least three years in aviation project management, aircraft maintenance, operations, or comparable technical role
- Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance and aviation regulations
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgets, cost control, and financial performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project; SAP, CMP, CAMP is a plus
- Fluent English required; German or French is an advantage
- Customer-focused, hands-on mentality and results-driven mindset
Aufgaben
- Lead business jet maintenance projects from planning to completion
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project meetings and discuss scope with customers
- Ensure customer alignment from quote signature onward
- Create and maintain GANTT charts for projects
- Manage project resources and monitor progress
- Monitor technical and financial project progress
- Identify defects and scope changes
- Raise Additional Work Requests (AWRs) with justification
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Lead cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Coordinate required project documentation
- Support the aircraft release-to-service process
- Monitor quality gates and coordinate project reviews
- Ensure compliance with all project requirements
- Monitor project hours and materials
- Issue regular project status reports
- Collaborate with Finance and Billing on invoicing
- Track project payments
- Capture lessons learned from projects
- Promote project management best practices
