Aufgaben
- Own global curriculum projects from planning through delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Act as the key point of contact for internal teams and international faculty
- Facilitate content development, resource coordination, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Lead stakeholder communications and handle sensitive discussions
- Engage with clinical communities, faculty, and learners to understand learning needs
- Translate learning needs into curriculum priorities, project scope, and learning outcomes
- Support selection and validation of assessment types, tools, and methodologies
- Review assessment outcomes with Program or Product Owners
- Integrate educational technologies, simulation, and AI tools into curricula
- Shape content across written, video, and interactive formats
- Follow emerging technologies and their impact on surgical practice
- Shape the place of emerging technologies in curricula
- Use analytics, learner feedback, and dashboards to understand education effectiveness
- Feed insights back into improvement cycles
- Contribute to curriculum updates based on educational evidence and trends
