Anforderungen
- At least three years managing multiple customer projects
- Professional experience with electrical installations, products, or system solutions
- Electrical engineering degree or qualification (advantageous)
- Experience with medium-voltage switchgear (advantageous)
- Manage schedules, costs, risks, changes, and interfaces
- Very good German language skills

Aufgaben
- Manage customer projects from order handover through delivery and completion
- Act as the central point of contact for customers
- Plan and manage project schedules, scope of supply, and interfaces
- Coordinate collaboration with international supply factories, factory project managers, engineering, production, logistics, and local partners
- Monitor project costs, risks, changes, and claims
- Identify deviations and implement appropriate actions with stakeholders
- Take responsibility for customer acceptance and project documentation
- Manage commercial project close-out
- Contribute experience and lessons learned to process improvement
