- Manage contract administration
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress

- Prepare project reports and governance materials
- Ensure transparent communication
- Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English
- Support transition of completed facilities into operations
- Manage close-out documentation and warranties
