- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years leading projects in software development environment, ideally embedded software
- Experience in engineering, software development, product development
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and confidence with software engineering teams, architects, requirements engineers and test managers
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional development projects
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and planning skills
- Ability to structure and simplify complex technical topics
- Strong decision-making, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to drive complex topics to resolution
- Ability to lead, engage and inspire cross-functional teams in global environment
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Experience within medical devices, hearing technology or regulated product environment
- Project Management certification
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Polarion, Planisware and SAP

- Lead cross-functional embedded software project teams
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines
- Plan and monitor project content, resources, and costs
- Manage stakeholders and provide project updates
- Coordinate with hardware and product projects
- Identify and manage risks, constraints, and dependencies
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making
- Coordinate resource requirements with relevant teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Contribute to project gate preparation
- Foster an engaged and collaborative project culture
- Support intellectual property activities
