Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Initial experience in project/portfolio management, consulting, business transformation, or comparable role
- Practical experience in task management, offer preparation, project monitoring, and controlling
- Understanding of AI, process automation, process optimization, or digital transformation (highly desirable)
- Strong planning, analysis, stakeholder management skills
- Translating complex topics into clear decisions
- Curiosity about new technology
- Strong desire to learn (prerequisite)
- Experience with Agile methods
- Experience with project-management or collaboration tools (Jira, SAP PPM)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- German language skills (advantage)
- Openness to occasional business travel (around 20%) within Würth Group
- Structured, reliable, self-directed way of working
- Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset
- Project-management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Agile certification or experience with Scrum/Agile delivery methods (advantage)
- Certifications or practical experience in Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or AI automation (plus)
Aufgaben
- Manage initiatives from idea to delivery
- Advise business and IT stakeholders
- Create transparency across the portfolio
- Turn AI and automation opportunities into measurable business value
- Manage and prioritize AI, automation, and process-transformation projects
- Manage group allocation projects and budgets
- Coordinate efforts with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure international visibility and success of group-wide initiatives
- Drive collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation sharing
- Coordinate operational tasks, action lists, milestones, dependencies, owners, and follow-up activities
- Prepare offers, estimates, statements of work, project proposals, and related commercial documentation
- Monitor and control projects against scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and deliverables
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Identify and escalate risks and deviations
- Advise stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support automation opportunity prioritization and evaluation
- Ensure consistent governance, documentation, benefits tracking, and continuous improvement
