Anforderungen

Aufgaben
- Identify, approach, and recruit licensed therapists, psychologists, and coaches in target regions
- Analyze network capacity to close regional or specialty care gaps
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing providers' operational, administrative, and contractual needs
- Conduct targeted training for partners on systems, processes, and updates
- Resolve daily operational challenges pragmatically and quickly
- Verify and validate licenses, certifications, insurance, and qualifications per country-specific requirements
- Ensure network partners adhere to clinical quality standards and data protection policies
- Conduct regular quality audits for documentation and service-level agreements
- Monitor key performance indicators such as response times and client satisfaction
- Continuously improve workflows in Salesforce to reduce administrative burdens for therapists
- Create transparent capacity and performance reports for senior management
