Anforderungen
- University degree in finance, economics, real estate or related quantitative discipline
- CFA degree is a plus
- 3-4 years relevant professional experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, transaction advisory, investment banking, real estate private equity, investment management or comparable analytical role
- Strong experience in portfolio analytics, financial modelling or real estate investment analysis
- Practical exposure to transaction underwriting
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts (cash flows, NOI, cap rates, DCF valuation, IRR, return attribution, sensitivity analysis)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to identify key drivers of portfolio performance
- Ability to challenge assumptions underlying investment cases
- Ability to move between portfolio-level and detailed asset/transaction analysis
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Experience with real estate analytics, data visualisation or relevant investment systems would be an advantage
- Skills in using data, technology and AI to improve portfolio analytics, investment analysis, monitoring and decision-making
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis into concise and decision-relevant insights
- Collaborative and proactive working style
- Intellectual curiosity
- Willingness to constructively challenge assumptions
- Fluent English
- German language skills would be an advantage

- Develop and maintain portfolio-level analysis
- Create financial projections and scenario analysis
- Monitor portfolio allocation and forecast performance
- Assess portfolio risk and return drivers
- Analyze real estate market, sector, and transaction data
- Translate market developments into portfolio strategy implications
- Analyze real estate investment opportunities
- Perform cash flow modeling and valuation
- Conduct return analysis and sensitivity analysis
- Assess key investment risks and value drivers
- Develop and maintain asset, mandate, and portfolio monitoring analysis
- Identify drivers of performance deviations
- Translate performance deviations into actionable portfolio insights
- Support preparation of portfolio and management reporting
- Provide insights into portfolio performance and investment activity
- Support Real Estate Investment Committee process
- Perform analytical review and consistency checks
- Prepare portfolio context and decision materials
- Incorporate sustainability considerations into analysis
- Analyze climate resilience and decarbonisation
- Analyze asset quality and long-term value factors
- Contribute to modernization of the Real Estate investment platform
- Improve financial models and portfolio analytics
- Enhance data quality and reporting tools
- Develop AI-enabled analytical capabilities
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Real Estate Controller
- Collaborate with Responsible Investing and Asset Management functions
