- Understanding of endpoint compliance and device trust
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Experience supporting business-critical infrastructure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
Aufgaben
- Administer, configure, and improve Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of remote access environments
- Manage SSL-VPN and clientless access services
- Configure virtual servers, authentication, rewrite, and responder policies
- Design and implement secure authentication and conditional access policies
- Participate in the design, implementation, and rollout of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Support the transition to a Zero Trust Network Access architecture
- Contribute to ZPA technical design, testing, integration, and operational readiness
- Develop and maintain expertise in Citrix NetScaler Gateway and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Support the bank's remote access roadmap and ensure seamless connectivity
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure upgrades and security patches
- Implement policy changes and platform enhancements following change management processes
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level engineering support for remote access platforms
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical services
