- Maintain robot fleet
- Create new manipulators, sensor payloads, and mounting systems
- Develop designs from concept to CAD
- Prototype and fabricate components
- Integrate hardware with software stack
- Commission and test components on real robots
- Iterate on designs based on real-world performance
- Refine components for daily use
- Support robot fleet maintenance and repair
- Document designs and integration steps
- Share lessons learned with the team
