Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Engineering, Category Management, or Project Management
- Experience supporting R&D, product development, or industrialization projects in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of supplier management, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization

Aufgaben
- Coordinate SCM activities in development projects
- Translate engineering requirements into sourcing solutions
- Contribute to selecting suppliers, materials, and logistics concepts
- Coordinate SCM work packages within R&D and product development
- Act as interface between project teams and SCM stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with SCM stakeholders
- Own SCM project documentation
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables for gate approvals
- Provide input on costs, lead times, quality, and supply chain risks
- Collaborate with Category Managers and Supplier Quality teams
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and sourcing concepts
- Translate engineering requirements into SCM requirements
- Drive necessary sourcing activities
- Support implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies
- Ensure SCM readiness for product releases
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to operational teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Share best practices
- Optimize SCM processes
