- Provide administrative support for audit planning
- Monitor audit timelines and collect documentation
- Help ensure compliance with audit deadlines
- Review audit checklists
- Upload, organize, and maintain historical checklists
- Support data analysis and data quality activities
- Maintain, consolidate, and validate incident and project information
- Support preparation and update of presentations, reports, and project documentation
- Support assessment and preparation for TAPA certification
- Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for leadership
- Track actions and support project follow-up activities
